IT Systems Administrator

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Description:
Xenith Enterprises LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to support our growing client base by managing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Linux and Windows server environments, performing system upgrades, and ensuring system security through best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux (Rocky/CentOS) and Windows-based systems

  • Perform patch management, system backups, and recovery

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

  • Administer Active Directory and network authentication protocols

  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enforce secure system configurations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration

  • Proficiency with VMware, Linux CLI, and configuration management tools (SaltStack, Ansible)

  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Splunk)

  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS)

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS, or LFCS) preferred


Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our cybersecurity operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a background in network security who are passionate about protecting digital infrastructure and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network activity and identify anomalies or threats

  • Assist with vulnerability scans and remediation tracking

  • Respond to and triage security alerts and incidents

  • Document findings and support incident reports

  • Help maintain compliance with client-specific regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience or relevant coursework in cybersecurity or network security

  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), firewall configuration, and log analysis

Technical Support Intern

Type: Internship (Part-Time, 12–16 weeks)

Description:
Xenith Enterprises LLC is offering a hands-on Technical Support Internship for individuals interested in gaining real-world experience in IT operations. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers to assist with Tier 1 support tasks, system documentation, and IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical support for clients (email, phone, ticketing system)

  • Assist with configuring and maintaining end-user devices and virtual machines

  • Help document SOPs, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies

  • Shadow NOC and cybersecurity personnel to gain cross-functional insight

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals, and basic troubleshooting

  • Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn

  • Availability of 10–15 hours per week
